New York’s 3rd Congressional District, October 23, 2020 – Last night marked the second and final Presidential debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. In a much more civil debate, the contrast between the two men could not have been clearer. Two stark visions of America were laid out last night, and in just 11 short days, the American people will decide which vision will win the day.
“Joe Biden showed that he is everything that is wrong with politics today. He provided typical political answers and spoke in platitudes. He is nothing more than a swamp creature that President Trump has fought so hard to get rid of, and the reason why President Trump and I were encouraged to run for public office. Like Joe Biden, my opponent Tom Suozzi is also a career politician that cares more about being reelected than the people he serves. He made it clear in the debate held last night by the Albertson Square Civic Association that he refuses to work across party lines and is comfortable relying on his ‘do-nothing’ record rather than make the changes that NY-3 so desperately needs.
