George Santos Signs Term Limits Pledge

On June 13th 2o22, George Santos announced that he will once again be signing the Term Limits Pledge.

By signing the Term Limits Pledge, Santos is pledging that as a member of Congress, he will “co-sponsor and vote for the U.S. Term Limits Amendment of three (3) House terms and two (2) Senate terms and no longer limit.” Term limits have proved to have significant support from both sides of the aisle.

“I am proud to sign the Term Limits Pledge,” Santos said. “One of the best ways to limit corruption in our government is to not allow career politicians to spend their entire adult lives in Washington. When elected, I will serve 3 terms and then come back to live under the laws I passed. Term limits help reduce government corruption while keeping the government accountable to the people,” he concluded.
