6 Nassau County Police Unions in New York’s Third District Endorse George Santos

Santos earns the backing of 6 more law enforcement organizations in Nassau County in his bid for Congress

Republican Congressional Candidate George Santos announced that he received the endorsement of 6 more major police unions in Nassau County.

“Our brave officers in New York’s Third District deserve a strong voice and advocate in Washington,” Santos said. “I am the candidate in this race with a strong commitment to providing our officers the resources they need to protect themselves and our law-abiding citizens. Law enforcement is backing me because they know I will have their back in Washington. The crime trickling in from New York City is impacting our area at record levels. This crisis must be stopped immediately through common sense solutions to keep us safe from rogue and anti-police Democrat policies.”

The New York member units in New York’s Third District that endorsed Santos include:

  • Great Neck Estates PBA
  • Hempstead PBA
  • Lynbrook PBA
  • Old Brookville PBA
  • Old Westbury PBA
  • Port Washington PBA

Law enforcement throughout New York State trusts George Santos to ensure they have the resources needed for them to do their job. Santos is committed to stopping the dangerous environment created by radical cashless bail laws. He has prioritized leading the charge to make commonsense improvements to the state’s flawed bail reform law, particularly getting repeat offenders off the streets.

Santos has compiled endorsements from numerous law enforcement agencies across Nassau County and New York City, including the NYC DA Investigators PBA, NYC Retired Transit Police Association, NYPD Captains Endowment Association, NYPD Detectives Endowment Association, NYPD Lieutenant Endowment Association, NYPD Sergeants Benevolent Association,  the Nassau County PBA, Nassau County Detectives’ Association, Nassau County Superior Officers Association, and the Nassau County Correctional Officers Association. He also has the support of the Suffolk County PBA.
